At 3P Performance Coaching, LLC we offer a variety of services, including Mental Performance Consultation, Personal Training, and Reiki.

 
 

Mental performance services often focus on developing and implementing a mental skills training program with individual clients, teams, or groups. Important topic areas and skills addressed generally include the following;

  • Foundational Skills (motivation, self-awareness, self-confidence)

  • Performance Skills (stress and energy management, attentional control/focus and concentration training)

  • Personal Development Skills (identity achievement, interpersonal competence)

  • Team Skills (leadership development, team dynamics and cohesion, team confidence)

Mental Performance Consultation Offerings

Individual Sessions (In person and virtual options)

  • 60 minutes - $75.00 (All new client intake sessions are 60 minutes)

  • 45 minutes - $55.00

  • 30 minutes - $35.00

Group or Team Workshops

  • Prices may vary according to workshop time frame, and distance traveled by facilitator if the requested location is outside the Kansas City metro. An inquiry form should be submitted to request a quote.

Online Mental Skills Training Modules:

Reiki is a Japanese technique used to reduce stress levels, encourage relaxation, and promote overall wellness. It is a complimentary intervention that can be used alongside medical and therapeutic modalities. During session a client can expect our Reiki practitioner to use non-invasive, non-manipulative gentle touch to guide the flow of energy in the body and restore balance.
